1. Non-Applicability of Refund Claims
Because our platform offers free public access without processing credit card charges or membership fees, standard refund requests and payment chargebacks are not applicable to regular tool usage.
2. Promotional Points & Loyalty Badges
Any promotional points, daily reward streaks, or VIP badges earned by users through completing educational quizzes or tool tasks are strictly virtual incentives. They possess no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
3. Terms for Future Optional Premium Add-ons
In the event optional premium services (such as dedicated enterprise API tiers) are launched in the future, full pricing, cancellation terms, and refund rights (such as a 14-day satisfaction refund guarantee) will be explicitly displayed prior to checkout via certified payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
